EuroSoft Corporation Announces Intent To Purchase Do it-Development International Oy
NORTH PALM BEACH, Fla., Oct. 23 /PRNewswire/ -- EuroSoft Corporation (BB: ERST ) is pleased to announce the signing of a Letter of Intent to purchase with Do it-Development International Oy, a technology consulting organization based in Finland. If unanimous approval is received by the board of directors of each company for this purchase, EuroSoft Corporation will announce more details as available.
In addition, EuroSoft Corporation is pleased to announce that its information technology symposium held on October 21, 1998 in Helsinki, Finland was a success with respect to attendance, which the Company believes could potentially lead to future business for the Company. President of EuroSoft, Mr. Nigel Kaufman stated today that, "Aside from any prospectus derived from the symposium, the Company is currently working on proposals and/or arranging demonstrations of its Year 2000 Embedded System Methodology with prospects ranging from major technology companies in Germany to the transportation industry in the Nordic countries." Mr. Kaufman further commented that, "Embedded systems present the most difficult challenge facing industry in preparing for the Year 2000 date change in that any device which uses electricity must be checked and tested. Completion of a thorough inventory permits classification of all devices. Only then can the inventory be cross- checked against our database of over 700,000 tested devices.
